Refund & Cancellation Policy

All Fictionaire subscriptions are billed through PayPal and can be cancelled at any time — from your PayPal account (Settings → Payments → Automatic payments) or by contacting us. After cancellation you keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. No cancellation fees, ever.

7-day refund on your first payment

If Fictionaire isn't for you, contact us within 7 days of your first subscription payment and we'll refund it in full — no questions asked. This applies once per customer, to the first payment of your first subscription.

Renewal payments

Renewal charges are generally not refundable, since access and usage allowances are provided immediately. If something went wrong — a billing error, duplicate charge, or a service outage on our side — contact us and we'll make it right.

How to request a refund

Use the contact form or email support@fictionaire.online from the email address on your account, with the word "Refund" in the subject. We respond within 24–48 hours, and approved refunds are returned to your original payment method by PayPal (typically 3–5 business days).

Fair use

Refunds may be declined where we see abuse — for example repeated subscribe-use-refund cycles or violations of our Terms of Service.
